THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERSHIP AT CORNERSTONE /

In the nearly 30 years since Cornerstone was founded, responsiveness has been a core value at our firm. In the years since 2020, the need to think forward in new and creative ways has made itself more apparent than ever.

Our unique use of tech solutions for design and collaboration has brought us closer as a team and helps us to be more responsive than ever for our clients. Valuing people and connection starts internally, and expands outward through our client work, and into our community. Connection keeps our team strong, but it also enables us to bring together a cohesive team for client projects.

Located across the street from Lancaster’s Gallery Row, we're passionate about moving our community forward, and we're right around the corner from your new project. We look forward to the years ahead with our new leadership at the helm, building on what was established by the previous generation.

THE CORNERSTONE ORIGIN STORY /

Cornerstone Design-Architects began as W.N. Marsh Associates Ltd. Architects in January of 1990, in affiliation with the Horst Group. In February of 1995, the company name was changed to Cornerstone Design Ltd. Architects. In January 1997, Dale R. Yoder, AIA, was named President.

In May 2007, a new chapter was started as Cornerstone Design-Architects underwent an ownership restructuring, with a goal of providing even more dedicated levels of client commitment. In November 2007, the firm moved its corporate offices to downtown Lancaster, PA.

Today the story continues to grow as Dale has sold most of his shares to the new owners. He remains heavily involved at the firm as our Senior Project Executive, and looks forward to continued relationship with our clients.
