about the project:
Adaptive re-use of a historic four story brick warehouse facility into three floors of 24 one bedroom apartments (several are loft style) and a lower level indoor parking area. Also, included is a roof structure that will support a green roof and rooftop patio. A geothermal HVAC system and high efficiency equipment are part of this project. However, probably nothing is greener, than breathing new useful life into tired and decayed structure.
