about the project:
EMM came to us hoping to repurpose an existing car dealership building in northwest Lancaster City for use as their new headquarters, and our team was able to bring that dream to life.
Featuring exposed wood roof framing and decking, a reconfigured first-floor space with a community cafe space for visitors, a multi-purpose event space capable of hosting several hundred occupants, two levels of indoor parking, a reconfigured second-floor office area, and abundant natural light throughout the building, this space has become something totally new.
