about the project:
With the renovation into households, better circulation for back of house functions is also provided. The majority of the food for the skilled care at Chapel Pointe is prepared in their commercial kitchen and brought to the individual households on carts. The corridors between the commercial kitchen and the household kitchens has been widened for greater access to the household kitchen back doors, which allows delivery without disturbing the residents in their living rooms. The addition also provides a new porte-cochere and a new physical therapy area.
